Returns / Exchanges

Please Note: Shipping and Handling charges are always non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. A flat rate fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to print a return label through the Maya's place returns page.

Maya's Place will accept a return within 14 days of purchase, on any regular priced item that has not been worn, altered or washed and still has the tags attached. We will refund to the original form of payment. Return label cost is deducted from your refund. 

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange. All merchandise must be returned with the original receipt, the original packing slip, as well as the return & exchange form. Your return will be processed within 7–10 business days upon receipt of the items to our warehouse.

***Please be aware that some banks will often take up to 2 billing periods before refunds will appear on your credit card statement.

We do not exchange or credit goods shipped out of USA
International orders are shipped via USPS International First-class mail.
