What's my order status?

How do I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone or e-mail for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes immediately to processing & shipping. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order.

Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS MAYA'S PLACE RETURN POLICY?

Maya's Place will accept a return within 14 days of purchase, on any regular
priced item that has not been worn, altered or washed and still has the tags
attached. We will refund to the original form of payment. Return label cost is
deducted from your refund. 

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for
return/exchange
. All merchandise must be returned with the
original receipt, the original packing slip, as well as the return &
exchange form. Your return will be processed within 7–10 business days upon
receipt of the items to our warehouse.

Please Note: Shipping and Handling charges are always non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. A flat rate fee of
$7.99 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to print a return label through
the Maya's place returns page.

***Please be aware that some banks will often take up to 2 billing periods
before refunds will appear on your credit card statement.
